The Mental Fitness Challenge for this month encourages spending time outdoors by taking a 30-minute walk each day. To initiate this journey, The Friends of Historic Kingston are organizing a walking tour of the neighborhood encompassing their temporary location in Uptown Kingston. The tour will commence at the library at 11 am and cover iconic sites like the Hasbrouck House, formerly the residence of Sojourner Truth, the historic Four Corners, Frog Alley, and more. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes, and the participants will conclude their journey back at the library.
