Celebrate Halloween in downtown Nyack at the 37th Annual Nyack Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 24, 2026. One of the Hudson Valley’s biggest Halloween celebrations, the parade fills Nyack’s streets with creative floats, elaborate costumes, live music, and plenty of spooky fun.
Families can enjoy the colorful procession through downtown as costumed participants, groups, floats, and pets compete in Halloween contests. This family-friendly event suits all ages and remains one of Rockland County’s most popular Halloween traditions.
The parade starts at 5:30 PM in downtown Nyack, with festivities running until approximately 7:30 PM. Spectator admission is free. The rain date is Sunday, October 25, 2026.
If you’re interested in entering a costume, pet, or float competition, check with the Nyack Chamber of Commerce (info@nyackchamber.org) for the latest 2026 registration information and contest rules before the event.
